Shipping & Returns



For orders under $350 a shipping fee of $10 will be applied at checkout. 


We post Australian orders using the Australia Post Express Shipping service. Orders shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping will generally be delivered to all Australian capital cities within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to rural areas.

Orders received before 9am AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched within 48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched you can track your order using the tracking number supplied in your shipment notification email here

Please note, during sale periods, times of seasonal offers & public holidays, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.



To process a return or exchange, please follow the 3 easy steps below:

1. Apply For a Return Online
Login to the Returns Portal via the My Account page or the 'Request A Return' link in the footer. Select the item(s) you would like to return & fill out the information required.

2. Choose Your Return Type
Select the type of return you require depending on your purchase. See your return options below in the 'Types Of Returns' section of this page.

3. Post Your Return Parcel
Send your order to the return address listed below. Please include your order number on the outside of the package to make it easier for us to identify your order.

Please note that you need to return your items to us within 14 days of delivery to be guaranteed for a return. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us on 


  • Full Priced Products – Valid for a refund, exchange or gift card credit.
  • Sale/Promotional Products – Valid for an exchange or gift card credit.
  • Products Discounted 60% Off and Over – Final sale item, cannot be returned.


Please note that alice McCALL does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using your trackable postage as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.


Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 3 months of the purchase date. Please email us at with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too!

Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit. For products with minor faults, we can often repair these for you! This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

You will be compensated for the cost of return shipping should your item be confirmed to be faulty. Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipts so that we can reimburse you.


Please not that refunds will not be provided for orders refused delivery by customers and Return To Sender parcels. We will gladly provide a credit note or re-send the order.
