Welcome to alice McCALL online. Please read through our terms & conditions carefully before placing your order.
When returning an order, we recommend the parcel by sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as alice McCALL does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, & free of damage & with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear or earrings for hygienic reasons.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for Australian orders, & within 21 days for International orders. Returns after this date cannot be accepted. *This has been temporarily extended to 30 days for all orders due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
alice McCALL has the right to cancel & refund any sale if deemed necessary.
Please note that the alice McCALL online returns policy does differ to the instore policies. Contact our customer service team or chat to our friendly boutique staff for more information about the instore returns policy.
Sale, discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for an online credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale & discounted items.
Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale & cannot be returned.
We do not provide price adjustments for purchases made prior to Sale or Promotional Periods.

ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE
Our online warehouse sale is available to those shopping on our Australian site only and is subject to the normal terms and conditions applied at our regular warehouse sales. One-off samples and past season styles will be available to purchase at significantly discounted prices for a limited time only. No price adjustments are permitted for previously purchased items.
With all alice McCALL warehouse sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. This includes change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the item/s. Garments may have minor faults or signs of wear, so prices reflect the condition of each item.
Online warehouse sale orders will be dispatched using the normal online shipping process. If you have any questions please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
alice McCALL online ships orders using Australia Post & DHL Express.
Please note we use various services, depending on the cost & speed of delivery required.
Domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
International orders sent using DHL Express & offer full tracking & do require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Please note, during sale periods, times of seasonal offers & public holidays, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
If taxes & customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
ONLINE SHIPPING CHARGES (INCLUSIVE OF GST)
FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $350 AND OVER.
For orders under $350 being shipped within Australia a shipping fee of $10 will be applied at checkout. For orders under $350 being shipped to New Zealand a shipping fee of $20 will be applied at checkout. For orders being shipped to any other country a shipping fee of $50 will be applied at checkout
alice McCALL Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax & duties charges for a full breakdown.
ONLINE SHIPPING TIMES
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only & alice McCALL will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends (with exception to Saturday delivery within Australia, to select postcodes. See the Australia Post website for further information).
We post Australian orders using the Australia Post Express Shipping service. Orders shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping will generally be delivered to all Australian capital cities within 2-4 business days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to rural areas.

We post international orders using DHL Express. Most international orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days from dispatch.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates & do not include any delays that may be caused by customs in your country. DHL Express is an external postage service so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Our team at alice McCALL have made every effort possible to accurately display the colours of our products on our e-boutique. However, inevitable variances between computer monitors and use of flash photography, mean we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
Once a Gift Voucher has been successfully purchased, the date of issue of the Gift Voucher will be recorded on the Gift Voucher, and/or the receipt of purchase, and the Gift Voucher will be activated.
The purchase of Gift Vouchers are generally excluded from sale promotions and discounts unless otherwise specified by alice McCALL. Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased using coupon codes or discounts.
There may be a delay with the activation of the Gift Voucher after purchase, whereby purchases or balance enquiries may not be made for a period of time. alice McCALL will not be responsible for such delay or any losses or damage arising from such delay.
1. REDEMPTION ON PURCHASES AND PARTICIPATING STORES
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed on purchases at participating alice McCALL retail stores (Participating Stores) and on the alice McCALL E-Boutique, subject to the exclusions below.
Participating Stores: All alice McCALL retail stores in Australia are Participating Stores.
Excluded purchases: Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other Gift Vouchers.
You agree that by redeeming a Gift Voucher, you authorise us to reduce the amount on your Gift Voucher by the value of the purchase. By redeeming a Gift Voucher, you agree that you are making a purchase subject to any of our terms and conditions of sale.
In-store: To redeem a Gift Voucher in-store, you must present the Gift Voucher at a Participating Store at the point of sale with the products that you wish to purchase, at the time of purchase. Our sales assistant will provide instructions or will assist you with the transaction.
Online: To redeem a Gift Voucher online please phone our customer care line on +61 480 017 726 and they will manually process the transaction. If the Gift Voucher is valid, it will be applied to your order and deducted from the total purchase price.
If a purchase does not exceed the amount of the Gift Voucher, any remaining amounts will be issued as a credit voucher to be used on future purchases, valid to the same Expiry Date. Change will not be given for any remaining amounts on a Gift Voucher. If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid for using another payment method, such as cash or debit/credit card at the time of purchase.
You can check the remaining balance on your Gift Voucher by asking a sales assistant at a Participating Store and by presenting them with the Gift Voucher or by phoning the customer care line on (02) 9662 6068.
4. RETURNS OF PURCHASES
Products that are purchased wholly or partially with a Gift Voucher may only be exchanged or returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Where a refund is issued for a product purchased wholly or partially with a Gift Voucher, you agree that any part of the purchase made by Gift Voucher may be refunded in the form of an alice McCALL credit note of the equivalent amount instead of other tender. Any amounts paid by other tender will be refunded in the same tender to the same account in which the purchase was made. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information about alice McCALL credit notes.
5. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a different denomination of Gift Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for change of mind. alice McCALL will accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law where a Gift Voucher is faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect or otherwise due to alice McCALL’s fault. alice McCALL does not offer returns where a Gift Voucher is damaged due to fault of your own.
6. LOST OR STOLEN GIFT VOUCHERS
alice McCALL is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded if they are lost or stolen or used without permission.
If a Gift Voucher is reported stolen, alice McCALL reserves the right to cancel or void a Gift Voucher.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS
Once issued, you cannot cancel a Gift Voucher except if used, expired or otherwise cancelled by alice McCALL.
alice McCALL reserves the right to cancel, void or alter the balance of a Gift Voucher at any time without notice to you, where a Gift Voucher is:
used for illegal purposes;
defaced or mutilated;
issued in error; or
otherwise tampered with in any way.
Where alice McCALL has cancelled or voided a Gift Voucher due to the fault of alice McCALL, alice McCALL will issue you with a refund or replacement Gift Voucher or a refund of the purchase price at alice McCALL’s election.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that you are responsible for the use and protection of your Gift Voucher and that you are liable for all transactions on your Gift Voucher, except to the extent that there has been fraud or negligence by alice McCALL.
You have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded and are not affected by these Gift Voucher Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, alice McCALL excludes all other liability whatsoever to you arising out of or in any way connected with these Gift Voucher Terms or your purchase or use of a Gift Voucher, including any liability for consequential or indirect losses of any kind, loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, howsoever arising and whether caused by breach of statute, breach of contract, negligence or other tort.
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the purchase price of your Gift Voucher.
10. VARIATION AND WAIVER
A provision of these Gift Voucher Terms or a right created under it, may not be waived or varied except in writing with the consent of each of the parties.
Any provision of these Gift Voucher Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be severed from those Gift Voucher Terms in that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. Such severability does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Gift Voucher Terms nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Gift Voucher Terms are governed by the laws of NSW. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there in connection with matters concerning these Gift Voucher Terms.
These Gift Voucher Terms may be amended from time to time by alice McCALL and the latest version will be published on the alice McCALL website. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these Gift Voucher Terms.
If you do not agree with these amendments, you may contact us within two (2) weeks of us publishing the amended Gift Voucher Terms and we will cancel and refund your Gift Voucher or provide an alternate resolution.
Any amendments to these Gift Voucher Terms will apply to all Gift Vouchers purchased or redeemed after the amendment date.
