The Peony Dress is cut from a soft silk/cotton blend & features statement puff sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder depending on your mood. The ruched bust of the mini dress features a keyhole peekaboo cut out, while the skirt sits high on the waist flaring out to the mid thigh creating a flattering skater style silhouette. The back of the dress is finished with an elasticated shirring for the most comfortable fit.
